Once you receive any mail at our offices you have 3 options on how it is sent to you. Firstly you can arrange to collect free of charge, secondly you can arrange for the mail to be posted out to you, or alternatively a lot of people choose our Scanning of Mail Service to get their mail scanned to them. With the scanning of mail option we will open and scan all your incoming mail, then convert it to hi-res PDF, then email them through to you. The benefit of this service is it allows you to search your mail just like email. The costs are simply 50p for the first page then 5p thereafter charged per letter opened. Along with the scanning of mail, some clients might want us to just send across mail from HMRC or just a specific letter. Whatever your requirements we can work with you to provide a mailing address service that works for you.

Cancellation policy
If for any reason that you don’t require the meeting room then please let us know ASAP. If doing so within 7 days of the date of the room hire a 100% refund will be issued. Up to 48 hours prior we will refund 50%. Any cancellations after this will not be entitled to a refund.
